Duncan is a graduate from UCSD in Communication/Natural Science and is certified in Broadcast Design, as well as Chief Engineer of LB Memorial Hospital. As a Design Sales Engineer for 12 yrs, and Sales Manager in A/V Integration for 10 Years, Duncan has concentrated his knowledge of the A/V industry and assisted in the growth of ATK Services as VP of Sales and Development for the last 3 years.

Bill has extensive experience in the film and television production business having served as COO and CFO for RTL Group, Pearson Television N.A. and ACI, Inc. His prior experience was in television broadcasting where he was CFO for the Fox Television Station Group and Director of Planning and Administration for the CBS owned and operated station, WBBM-TV, Chicago. Bill has an MBA and an MA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Ursula started with ATK Audiotek in 1988 to begin the development and organization of the accounting department in the infancy of the company. Her original accounting and office experience in the US started in 1979 in landscape architecture and Lumber City. Ursula had training, schooling and apprenticeships in business in Germany before coming to the United States. She has a very strict sense of loyalty toward ATK Services and has always been an asset.

As a Senior Project Manager for Special Projects, David is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and support of technicians who install for Apple Computer. He is the "Go To" guy who is able to delegate jobs and answer problems with solutions. Since 2002 at ATK Services, he has been a shop technician, field technician and a lead field technician. To date with over 18 years of experience in the business he is a trusted manager at ATK Services.

Vaughn manages ATK Services custom projects and resources. He has more than 20 years experience in the A/V industry, managing large projects worldwide for amusement park attractions, major museum exhibits and world expositions, as well as technical direction for live events. His diverse skills and experience in technical, engineering and operations ensure successful projects and build strong customer relationships.

Don has been with ATK since December 1998. Starting out as a shop tech, Don soon moved into “The Lab,” where he repaired equipment, terminated new cabling and helped in the manufacturing of ATK Audiotek original gear. In 2001, Don moved into the ATK Services Department, where he quickly began the task of servicing the newly created Apple Computer Stores. Since that time, Don has taken on the position of Service Manager, ensuring the operation of every Apple Store across the country.

Renata has been with ATK Services since March 2006. Since starting with ATK as the Operations Assistant, she has since been promoted to Senior Account Manager. Her duties include all phases of interaction with our key major accounts.

Jose has been with ATK Services since 2003. Currently Jose is ATK Services shop manager where he supervises a crew of system technicians and fabricators while overseeing the in-house product assembly and inventory management. He has worked as a field technician at the Hollywood Bowl, Rose Bowl, Yamaha, DreamWorks, as well as Apple Computer’s retail stores. Jose has over 3 years of experience as a low-voltage technician and 1 year of experience as Production Manager.

Jim Carmody has been with ATK Services since 2000, and has over 25 years of experience with audio/video, control systems from design to project completion. He has worked on themed attractions with such clients as Universal Studios Hollywood, Sony and Disney. In addition, Jim has extensive experience with large format audio for performing arts centers, theaters, and auditoriums.

Sarah brings over 15 years experience in advertising and sales in the telecommunications, audio visual, legal and medical fields. She has extensive experience in technical presentations in both Spanish and English. Clients have included Panasonic, JVC and AMD.

Victor has spent more than 35 years in the Audio-Video industry, in both the UK and the US, both with major manufacturing companies and in the sales, marketing and execution of systems installations. Since joining ATK Services early in 2005, Victor has worked as Senior Project Manager working on systems installations for the retail operation of a major US computer manufacturer, theme park rides for a pre-eminent entertainment giant, and in corporate boardroom and meeting room environments. While maintaining some responsibilities in those areas of ATK Services, Victor has now “returned to his roots” as Senior Account Manager for ATK Services.

Codie has been with ATK Services since February 2007. As the Operations Assistant to the ATK Services team, she coordinates schedule and travel arrangements for their technicians and project managers, for their projects worldwide. She also contributes to the marketing, human resources, public relations, and purchasing facets of ATK Services, coordinating where appropriate with other ATK group interests.

Sammi has been in the audio visual industry with ATK since 2005. She specializes in sales support including customer service, web development and product procurement. Prior to joining ATK her efforts were focused on music publicity and advertising.
