Bill has extensive experience in the film and television production business having served as COO and CFO for RTL Group, Pearson Television N.A. and ACI, Inc. His prior experience was in television broadcasting where he was CFO for the Fox Television Station Group and Director of Planning and Administration for the CBS owned and operated station, WBBM-TV, Chicago. Bill has an MBA and an MA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Renata has been with ATK Services since March 2006. Since starting with ATK as the Operations Assistant, she has since been promoted to Senior Account Manager. Her duties include all phases of interaction with our key major accounts.

Ursula started with ATK Audiotek in 1988 to begin the development and organization of the accounting department in the infancy of the company. Her original accounting and office experience in the US started in 1979 in landscape architecture and Lumber City. Ursula had training, schooling and apprenticeships in business in Germany before coming to the United States. She has a very strict sense of loyalty toward ATK Services and has always been an asset.

As a Senior Project Manager for Special Projects, David is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and support of technicians who install for Apple Computer. He is the "Go To" guy who is able to delegate jobs and answer problems with solutions. Since 2002 at ATK Services, he has been a shop technician, field technician and a lead field technician. To date with over 18 years of experience in the business he is a trusted manager at ATK Services.

Vaughn manages ATK Services custom projects and resources. He has more than twenty years experience in the audio/video industry, managing large projects worldwide for amusement park attractions, major museum exhibits and world expositions, as well as technical direction for live events. His diverse skills and experience in technical, engineering and operations ensure successful projects and build strong customer relationships.

With a background in live sound, hi-end system integration, music production and construction, Edwin understands the importance of details in every design and installation of an ATK Services system. His expertise in diverse fields ensures that broad perspective, user-friendliness, and ATK’s high quality standards are poured into every project. He currently serves as Project Manager in ATK Services division overseeing several projects and continues to grow within the ATK family.

Clayton Tripp is an award-winning systems design engineer and programmer. Clayton primarily applies his talents to the themed entertainment industry and specialty entertainment venues. Prior to joining ATK Services, Clayton’s design and engineering expertise was utilized by Panasonic’s overseas business unit to complete a networked audio and passenger information system. This project was part of the Taiwan Shinkansen High Speed Rail project that spans the entire 35,563 sq km country of Taiwan. As a lead systems designer and engineer, he has helped to create fanciful and fantastic experiences for nearly every type of themed attraction and his extensive international experience has been utilized by major development projects throughout the world.

Don joined ATK in December 1998. Since the inception of ATK Services, he has been involved in the Service Department, ensuring that the Audio/Video functionality of each Apple store built around the world remains fully operational. In his current position as Service Manager, Don is responsible for service of all ATK Services installs, ensuring warranty repair, preventative maintenance and all other service are performed in a timely, courteous and professional manner. This year, Don has also received his C.T.S. Certification.

Ian has been with ATK Services for almost two years coordinating resources and equipment for ATK’s custom projects. His expertise helps ensure a smooth, timely, project completion. He also assists with the responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager. Joining ATK in October, 2006 as a technician, his expertise includes seven years of Audio/Video systems assembly and installation, AMX certification and an AS in CNSE. His thirst for knowledge and a team player mentality make Ian a strong and valuable asset to the ATK service division.

Erin has been a member of the ATK Services Engineering team since 2006. Originally from Texas, she earned her Bachelors Degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Erin continued her education at Purdue University, earning a Masters of Fine Arts degree before coming to Los Angeles in 1999. Since then, Erin has worked as a project designer and manager in the fields of architecture, television, themed entertainment, and live shows handling all aspects of coordination and documentation. Erin fills the role of CAD manager and drawing coordinator for ATK Services.

Jose has been with ATK Services since 2003. Currently Jose supervises a crew of system technicians and fabricators while overseeing the in-house product assembly and inventory management. He has worked as a field technician at the Hollywood Bowl, Rose Bowl, Yamaha, DreamWorks, as well as Apple Computer’s retail stores. Jose has over 3 years of experience as a low-voltage technician and 1 year of experience as Production Manager.

Jaime Garcia started working for ATK Audiotek as a Lab Technician in 2003. Through out his years with ATK Audiotek he has worked his way up to a promotion opportunity as a shipping manager for the ATK Services division. He took on the position in 2006 and ever since then he has been responsible for the shipping logistics domestic & international for his entire division. He oversees all inbound & outbound shipments as well as keeping the database up to date with inventory for a variety of projects. He also overlooks shop production as an assistant to the Shop Coordinator. As a member of the ATK management team, he looks forward to growing with the company.
